The Challenge

Following Roche’s acquisition of GenMark, the team needed to align on a unified product and brand experience during a period of organizational change. The product needed a significant UX overhaul to improve information architecture, system feedback, and visual consistency.

With limited design resources and no design leadership in place, the challenge was to establish clear direction, influence client stakeholders, and deliver a cohesive experience across both physical and digital touchpoints.

I stepped in to lead the effort. I needed to get scrappy, pulling in cross-functional internal HF/UX designers and stakeholders to define the experience and guide execution.
